Ike Dollar Mintages
The following table presents the mintage data for circulation strike coins of the Eisenhower Dollar coin series. Coins were minted from 1971 to 1978 at the Philadelphia and Denver Mints. No coins dated 1975 were issued, as production of the bicentennial 1976 coins had already begun.
The highest mintages of the series were experienced in 1972 when the series was beginning and 1976 when demand for the bicentennial design was high. The lowest mintage coins are the 1973 and 1973-D Ike Dollars, which were only issued in US Mint Sets.
